On a more personal note, I am a mum to two awesome kids and a lover of exercise, for my physical and mental health and also have an obsession with crazy leggings! My hobbies change often but have recently consisted of strongman style training, jiu jitsu, boxing, mountain biking, running, bootcamps, yoga and kayaking. For me, changing up my activities helps to keep me motivated 😊

I had always worked in an office, mainly in accounts departments, up until I had my first born in 2016 then had been a stay at home mum until October 2021 when I took the scary leap to open my own business. I'm so proud of how my little business is doing and the support I have received has been overwhelming.

About: About

The idea to retrain started from my husband suffering from chronic back pain, and realising how much massage helped him with pain management. He jokingly asked if I could learn to do that... So I booked a course and began my journey. I have since become very passionate about helping people feel and move better with the power of massage. However, massage therapy was only one piece of the puzzle for helping my husband, and exercise also became a significant factor in his recovery from chronic pain, this lead me to also embark on my personal training qualification so that I would be able to combine soft tissue therapy and personal training / injury rehab.

I hope that I can help some of you on your wellness and health journeys. Please do not hesitate to get in contact if you feel I may be able to help you.
