SENIOR STRENGTH CLASSES
My Senior Strength Training classes run twice a week at UNDRDOG Fitness in Brandon.
These classes are unique and unlike anything else for Seniors in the local area. They are designed around training functional movements to help to keep you independent as you age.
These classes can help reduce frailty, help you get stronger, increase your bone density and also help reduce your chance of an unintended floor visit!
All exercises will be adapted to suit your current condition and ability. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else.


Our classes are not just about lifting weights though - they are about lifting spirits too.
As well as being great for your mental health due to the endorphins (happy hormones) that are released during exercise, these classes give you the opportunity to meet new friends, share a laugh or stay afterwards for tea/coffee and a biscuit.
If you'd like to join us, classes take place at UNDRDOG Fitness, Brandon every Monday and Thursday at 9:30am.
Pay as you go £7 per class or included in an UNDRDOG gym membership.
